Slovak Placental Stem Cells Registry, Eurocord-Slovakia is a nonprofit association whose main goal is to enable a widespread use of cord blood for treatment and research. Eurocord-Slovakia operates as mixed public and private cord blood bank.

Hematopoietic stem cells processed by our experts Slovakia are used for transplantation worldwide. The very first autologous cord blood transplantation in EU was performed in 2004 in Slovakia using cord blood processed in Eurocord-Slovakia.

Eurocord-Slovakia is a member of the international organizations BMDW, NetCord and WMDA operating in the field of stem cells transplantation and setting the highest standards for quality of products from cord blood.
